 Trust is a title, a word you can't just tell anyone. Whom do you trust, is it your friends, family, soul mate? You know better because honesty goes with trust, once a person is honest to you that's when you can trust that somebody. We all have been hurt before by the ones we trust the most, they never bought our trust but they earned it, and at the end they demolish our feeling whilst rebuilding trust is hard. Trust has a rival and that is betrayal, just like good and bad they go in pairs. We learn and we have grown in our betrayals. We are mugs that have been broken, we too are fragile so take care of us as you would take care of yourself. You are a mug too, once you get broken you won't be same again  like before you got broken. If one can't treat you like they want to be treated, best be strategic in your trust, because life is a game you need tactics to survive. Pain is temporary, but the wounds and scars are forever. They say time heals all the bad memories in our life, while pain goes with time. Always gain from your pain, it's crucial because that's where growth comes from. Yes you will get hurt in the healing process, but allowing yourself to heal is how strong you become, and learning your hurt makes you powerful. Be a student of your pain, graduate from all the lessons you have been through in life. That way you will grow in thougtht and your actions will be different, the public will applaud your view of life and you will be a sensei to the coming generation.
